When We Do Accept Returns/Replacements/Refunds We will gladly help in these specific cases:

  • Product is defective (e.g., manufacturing issue like faulty spray, wrong consistency)
  • You received the wrong product (different item, variant, or size than ordered)

How to Request (Process)

  2. Send clear photos showing the issue (product, packaging, damage/defect, and invoice).
  3. We review your request within 24-48 hours.
  4. If approved:
    1. We prefer to send a replacement (same or similar product).
    1. Or issue a full refund to your original payment method (processed within 7-10 business days).
  5. We arrange free pickup for approved cases (no return shipping cost to you).

Important Points

  • Refunds for COD orders go back to bank transfer or original mode (no cash refund).
  • No refunds for shipping charges unless the entire order is faulty/wrong.
  • We follow fair practices under Indian consumer laws — you always have rights for genuine defective/damaged/wrong deliveries.
